Terms of Service
The agreement between your organisation and ZevoFlow when you use the platform.
Master terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZevoFlow platform, websites and related services. By using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
The service
ZevoFlow provides an AI-assisted workforce operations platform, including scheduling, shift dispatch via WhatsApp/SMS, integrations and analytics.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing or fraudulent use.
- No sending of unsolicited messages; recipients must have opted in.
- Respect rate limits and provider policies (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Twilio).
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. We process it according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Fees
Fees and billing terms are agreed in the applicable order form or enterprise agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, customer data is returned or deleted per the DPA.
Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed order form, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden for EU/EEA customers and the applicable free zone (e.g. DIFC or ADGM) for GCC customers.
