Terms for the ZevoFlow website and platform.
Scope
These terms govern use of the ZevoFlow website. Use of the ZevoFlow platform itself is governed by the written agreement between ZevoFlow and the customer organization; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Access
ZevoFlow is an invitation-only enterprise platform. There is no public self-registration. Accounts are created for named users by their organization, and access may be changed or revoked by that organization or by ZevoFlow where required.
Acceptable use
Customers and their users agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use it in breach of applicable law — including employment, workforce and data protection law.
Customer data
The customer remains responsible for the workforce data it imports or connects, and for having a lawful basis to process it. ZevoFlow processes that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy page and the customer agreement.
Human oversight
ZevoFlow supports workforce decisions; it does not replace them. Matching and coordination results are proposals, and assignments are confirmed by an authorised person within the customer organization.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may perform maintenance and release changes. Service commitments, if any, are set out in the customer agreement. We may update these website terms; the current version is always published here.
Intellectual property
ZevoFlow and its software, content and branding remain the property of ZevoFlow. Third-party system names shown on this website are used for identification only and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
