Who we are

ZevoFlow provides workforce operations software to enterprise customers. This page explains how we handle personal data in connection with our website and our platform.

Our role

When a customer uses ZevoFlow to coordinate their own workforce, the customer decides what data is processed and why. ZevoFlow processes that data on the customer's behalf and under their instructions.

For our public website and enquiries, ZevoFlow decides how the data is used.

Data we handle

Website and enquiry data: name, work email, company, and the content of your message when you contact us or request a demo.

Platform data: account details for customer users, and workforce records that a customer imports or connects — such as name, contact details, role, availability and qualification information needed to coordinate assignments.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and demo requests, to provide and operate the platform for the customer, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We use service providers to host the platform and to deliver messages and email on our customers' behalf. They may only process data as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our related business records. Customer platform data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted or returned afterwards in line with the agreement.

Security

The platform uses tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit trails and secure authentication. Access to customer data is limited to what is required to operate the service.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing. If your data was provided by an employer or agency using ZevoFlow, we will refer your request to that organization.
